Yamashita Tomohisa


Yamashita Tomohisa / Singer/Actor

Yamashita Tomohisa (山下 智久) is a member of the J-pop group NewS from Johnny's Entertainment, Inc. He entered Johnny's Entertainment (JE) and became a member of Johnny’s Juniors when he was 11 years old.
He is affectionately called Yamapi (short for Yamashita and pink) by his friends, which is a nickname given to him by Hideaki Takizawa (Tackey & Tsubasa). His closest friends call him Pi, which was first used by Jin Akanishi (KAT-TUN).
Since joining JE, he has been a member of Jr. groups B.I.G., Four Tops, and most recently NewS. Yamashita began to appear in television dramas soon after he joined JE. In 2000, at age 15, his performance in Ikebukuro West Gate Park earned him an award for "Best Supporting Actor". That same year, he was voted first place in the Annual Junior Awards for "Best Boyfriend", "Most Beautiful", etc. for the first time.

YUI / Singer/Actress

Yui (stylized as YUI) (ユイ?, born March 26, 1987 in Fukuoka, Japan) is a Japanese singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and actress. She is currently signed to Studioseven Recordings and attached to the talent agency Stardust Promotion and now, she attached to Gr8 recordings.
YUI is a Japanese J-pop/J-rock artist who is born on March 26, 1987 in Fukuoka, Japan. She sings, plays the acoustic guitar, and writes her own songs. Two of her songs, "LIFE" and "Rolling Star," are featured in Bleach, a Japanese anime series, which has brought her some international attention. She released another song called "Again" and is currently used as an opening theme to the new series of Fullmetal Alchemist. So far, her album Can't Buy My Love has managed to sell over 680,000 copies.

Kamenashi Kazuya



Kamenashi Kazuya / KAT-TUN Member [singer/actor]

Kamenashi Kazuya is affectionately called "Kame".
Although he is the youngest member of KAT-TUN, he is considered the group's unofficial "leader".
He is good at public speaking (although he's very nervous about it), and he is often appointed as the main speaker whenever KAT-TUN does their MC on TV programs or concerts.
In 2005 he starred in the drama 'Gokusen 2' and earned an award for best male supporting actor.
Later in 2005 he starred in the drama 'Nobuta wo Produce' along with Yamashita Tomohisa from NewS.
Along with the dorama, Yamashita Tomohisa and Kamenashi Kazuya also released a single called "Seishun Amigo" under the unit name "Shuuji to Akira", which also features the song "Kizuna," written by Kame (it was used in the drama Gokusen 2). The single sold over one million copies in four weeks and is the No. 1 best selling single on the Oricon Charts of 2005.
